About Cornerstone Concrete

Built From Generations Of Construction Experience

Cornerstone Concrete is a family-run Arizona concrete company built around real field experience, practical construction knowledge, and straightforward communication.

Our Background

A Family Background In Construction

Construction has been part of our family for generations.

Our father worked as a major general contractor involved in structural work on some of the tallest buildings in the Southwest, along with large commercial and industrial projects across Arizona, Las Vegas, and California during some of the region’s biggest growth periods.

Growing up around that environment gave us firsthand exposure to real construction from an early age, not just concrete work, but grading, excavation, structural work, utilities, framing coordination, project sequencing, and how large jobs actually come together in the field.

That experience still shapes how we approach projects today.

Who We Are Today

Focused On Local Projects & Real Relationships

Today, Cornerstone Concrete focuses primarily on residential work, smaller commercial projects, and practical site concrete throughout Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Mesa, San Tan Valley, and surrounding East Valley areas.

We intentionally keep a more direct, personal approach compared to larger companies. Customers work directly with people who understand the job, communicate clearly, and stay involved throughout the project.

We like to think of ourselves as a local, family-run concrete company with real construction experience behind it, not a giant operation where customers get passed around between sales reps and office staff.

What That Means For Customers

  • ✓
Direct communication Customers deal with people who understand the work, not a disconnected sales layer.
  • ✓
Local family-run approach Smaller-company attention with deeper field experience behind the decisions.
  • ✓
Practical jobsite judgment The work is planned around access, prep, drainage, layout, and how the project is actually used.

Broader Experience

More Than Just Concrete

Although concrete is our primary focus, our experience goes far beyond the pour itself.

Many projects involve grading, drainage, excavation, plumbing coordination, framing schedules, utility planning, access challenges, or working alongside multiple trades. Because of that broader construction background, we are often able to help customers identify issues early, coordinate moving parts, and keep projects headed in the right direction.

Over the years, we have also built strong relationships with trusted subcontractors and professionals across multiple trades, allowing us to help connect customers with reliable people when additional work is needed.

Value To Customers Fewer surprises, better coordination, and practical guidance when a project grows beyond the original concrete scope

Why It Matters

Practical Experience. Straightforward Work.

At the end of the day, we believe good construction work comes down to experience, communication, preparation, and doing what you say you are going to do.

Whether it is a small patio project or a larger multi-phase job, we approach every project with the same goal: clean work, honest guidance, and concrete built to last in Arizona conditions.
