01 / Preparation
Preparing the base
The shed location was laid out and the gravel base was compacted before concrete work began. Preparing the surface first gave the crew a defined area for the slab work that followed.

Defining the slab perimeter
Forms established the edges of the new pad around the prepared base. They gave the rectangular shed location a clear boundary before reinforcement and concrete placement.
